The Role
We are looking for a generalist HR Officer who combines strong execution and adopts a big picture perspective to problem solving with key focus areas including HR projects, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate a structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for early success.
- Administer performance review cycles, support calibration, and partner with managers on performance concerns and talent development.
- Identify training needs, coordinate L&D programmes, and support individual development planning across the firm.
- Drive engagement initiatives and handle grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and legal compliance.
- Take ownership of firm-wide people projects — wellbeing, DEI, culture — and drive them to completion.
- Produce HR dashboards covering key metrics and lead process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in an HR generalist or HR Officer role
- Solid knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
